Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase and use of The Creative Shift products and services provided by Jess Albone Creations Ltd ("we", "our", "us").

By purchasing a product, joining a membership, attending an event, or using our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Our Products and Services

The Creative Shift provides a range of career development products and services, including:

  • Digital downloads, guides and toolkits

  • Membership programmes

  • Webinars and workshops

  • Group coaching sessions

  • One-to-one coaching

  • Online resources and community access

We reserve the right to amend, update or discontinue any product or service at any time.

2. Membership Programmes

Membership Duration

The Creative Shift memberships are fixed-term programmes lasting 12 weeks (3 months).

Your membership begins immediately upon receipt of your first payment and will automatically end 12 weeks after this date unless otherwise stated.

Payment Options

Members may choose to:

  • Pay the full membership fee upfront; or

  • Pay in three monthly instalments, where available.

By selecting the instalment option, you agree to complete all scheduled payments for the duration of the programme.

Access to Membership Benefits

Members will receive access to the resources, events, coaching sessions and benefits included within their chosen membership tier from the start date of their programme.

Access to membership content and community spaces will end when the 12-week programme concludes.

Cancellation and Refunds

As membership access is provided immediately upon purchase, cancellations cannot be made once the programme has commenced.

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind

  • Failure to participate in the programme

  • Failure to attend webinars, coaching sessions or events

  • Unused membership benefits

Where payment is being made by instalments, members remain responsible for completing all outstanding payments, even if they choose not to actively participate in the programme.

Nothing in this clause affects your statutory consumer rights.

Transfer of Membership

Memberships are personal to the individual purchaser and may not be transferred, shared or resold without prior written agreement from The Creative Shift.

Missed Sessions

The Creative Shift cannot guarantee that recordings, replays or alternative sessions will be available for missed live events, workshops or coaching sessions. It is the member's responsibility to attend scheduled sessions where possible.

3. Digital Downloads and Resources

All digital products are provided for personal use only.

Once a digital product has been purchased and accessed, refunds cannot normally be provided unless required by applicable consumer law.

You may not:

  • Share purchased resources with others

  • Resell or redistribute materials

  • Copy content for commercial use

  • Modify and sell our materials as your own

4. MENTORING and Career Support

The Creative Shift provides mentoring, guidance and information to support career development.

We do not guarantee:

  • Employment outcomes

  • Interviews

  • Job offers

  • Salary increases

  • Business success

Any actions you take based on our advice, guidance, resources or coaching are your responsibility.

5. Webinars, Workshops and Events

Places may be limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

If we need to cancel or reschedule an event, attendees will be offered either:

  • A transfer to a new date; or

  • A refund where appropriate.

Recording of webinars, workshops or coaching sessions without prior written permission is prohibited.

6. Community Standards

Members of The Creative Shift community are expected to:

  • Treat others with respect and courtesy

  • Maintain confidentiality where personal experiences are shared

  • Avoid abusive, discriminatory or harmful behaviour

  • Refrain from self-promotion unless specifically permitted

We reserve the right to remove individuals from membership programmes, events or community spaces if behaviour is deemed inappropriate. No refund will be provided in such circumstances.

7. Confidentiality

The Creative Shift aims to provide a supportive and safe environment for members to discuss career, personal and professional development topics.

Members agree not to share, publish or disclose personal stories, experiences or information shared by other members during coaching sessions, webinars, workshops or community discussions without their explicit permission.

8. Intellectual Property

All content produced by The Creative Shift, including but not limited to:

  • Workbooks

  • Templates

  • Guides

  • Videos

  • Presentations

  • Webinar materials

  • Branding

  • Website content

Remains the intellectual property of Jess Albone Creations Ltd unless otherwise stated.

Nothing in these Terms grants ownership of our intellectual property to users.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jess Albone Creations Ltd shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Loss of earnings

  • Loss of business opportunities

  • Decisions made based on information provided through our products or services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant product or service.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your personal information.

Any personal data shared with us will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection legislation.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
