How it works

1. Complete a short brief

After adding the Strategic Shift to your basket, you’ll fill in a simple online form to tell me a little about your challenge, goals and what you'd like help with. I’ll then be in touch to arrange a convenient time for your session.

2. I’ll do the preparation‍ ‍

I’ll review your brief, identify opportunities, and prepare tailored ideas and recommendations ahead of our conversation.

3. Join your 90-minute Strategic Shift session

We’ll meet on Microsoft Teams to talk through your challenge, explore solutions, answer your questions, and agree on clear next steps.

4. Receive your recommendations

After the session, I’ll send you a presentation deck summarising the key discussion points, recommendations, and agreed actions, so you have everything you need to move forward confidently.
