Objective: Educate and inspire frontline colleagues during the Peak trading season at Currys, helping them to learn the product features and benefits of the top trading products during Black Friday, Christmas Gifting and January Deals

Execution: Worked with a creative agency to design and build a 3D gamified Winter Wonderland, called Currysville and hosted in the Be Amazing gamification app. Colleagues could explore a Winter Wonderland German-style market, which were supplier branded. There were 24 huts, funded by suppliers (HP, Samsung, Dyson etc), which enabled colleagues to explore the hottest new products, enter a quiz to test their product knowledge and spin-to-win to win a prize.

Audience: Sales Colleagues and Sales Managers (department leaders)

Result: 84% uplift in sales, 487k page views on Be Amazing and over £160k worth of prizes were won.
